Excellent customer service. Josh is especially wonderful. So sad that the shop is closing and all the employees will need to find other jobs. I’ve been going there since 2014 and it’s the best local shop in my opinion. Conveniently located, great inventory (and if they don’t have it they will order it) and fantastic customer service.

I would absolutely recommend Eork Horse Bicycle to anybody. I am sad to hear that they are closing for good due to the owner retiring. Thank Frank for being the best bike shop for all these years. You will be greatly missed. Good luck in retirement.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable that it is always a pleasure just to stop by and say high. But if you “need” something, that is when they really shine. I have purchased 8 bikes from them and everyone has been amazing! Six of the eight are custom builds which are my favorite, they have made my dreams come true on each one! They are the best I’ve ever encountered, highly recommended!

The entire staff are a bunch of rockstars. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Whether you're looking for quick advice / recommendations or need work to be done they got you covered. I have complete confidence in all the work they have done on my bike. I can't recommend them enough. Some people say they are 96 Bulls of bike shops and I agree.
