Long story short I was going to rebuild the wheel myself but then realized it was going to take weeks to get the parts, work on it at the bike library, etc. Geoff's tried to upsell and scam me, Sugar Bottom had the best prices but no idea what they could get in stock, and WoB 10/10. I knew it was going to be a wheel rebuild but you guys tried at least to fix the hub with spare parts, which was a valiant effort. In the end it didn't matter, but you didn't recharge the labor because (and this is important) you already had a built wheel in the right size/hub/cassette in stock and had already tried something that didn't work. Can't promote you publicly because of my job, but was recommended by someone internally and will continue to promote amongst friends. Thank you guys for getting back on the road so I can commute to work.

Your staff has always made me feel welcome and happily put air in my tires since my air compressor doesn’t have an attachment for those skinny tubes to fill with air. Love that I can fill my water bottle and I’m off. Just bought another basket for my bike. I love it.
