World of Bikes has always had my back, and this latest service to one of my bikes was top notch. Even in these crazy times, they were able to fix up my worn out race bike quickly, and the work was outstanding.
The staff is more than willing to help customers shop during the pandemic--even for something like bar tape, when you can't go into the store and they have to bring out ten boxes so you can check out all the colors. They are working very hard during a difficult time, with no loss of quality or increase in service time.
World of Bikes is awesome! Friendly staff who are about riding and promoting being active. All ages and rider types are treated with respect. I like all of the bike mechanics and have no reservations about who works on my stuff. I also choose WOB over Amazon for ordering parts because WOB always checks and makes sure the parts will work before ordering them. That's a value added bonus.
The staff at WoB is very helpful, inclusive and informative. They go out of their way to tell you what the problem is, how it could’ve happened, and how they can fix it. You leave the shop feeling confident in their work and it’s refreshing to learn new things about your bike.
Just bought a $2700 electric bike a couple days ago. I am a 68-yr. old woman, so am a teeny bit intimidated in a bike store in spite of myself. I was treated with friendliness and respect, and I appreciated it. Thanks.
Professional and personable staff. Mechanics are some of the best I’ve ever had work on my bikes. I completely trust and have the confidence that I will get the service and advice that I need. Can’t say enough good things about all my interactions with WOB whether I am buying a new bike or servicing some of my existing bikes. From Ryan, to the mechanics and all the staff, this shop understands what it is to deliver exceptional customer service.
WoB team members know my name, are informed about my cycling preferences, and know my bikes.
And I try to reciprocate in kind - we are regular people with a shared passion for cycling.
Good relationships --> good business.
I stopped by for a tire repair. Asked the gal if she would walk me through it so if I was out on the trail by myself I could do it...by myself! She gladly took the time to show me. Great customer service! I’m only sorry I don’t know her name. Thanks much!
