Many things- very friendly, welcoming team. Everyone I interacted with wants to help make sure you get what you need. Paul listened to what I was looking for and gave me the opportunity to evaluate several options, including test riding bikes. Trek really offers some of the best values in bikes. It's hard to not always consider them when looking for something new, and I really am excited about my new Checkpoint. I was also impressed with WoB's custom "bike book" that Paul filled out preliminary info and then walked me through how to utilize it to find and use apps. He invited me into the "biking community" telling me about the organized evening rides and other rides in the area.

I just purchased a new Trek bike from World of Bikes. It was truly a wonderful experience purchasing and picking up a great bike. The Trek Verve 3 is a huge improvement over my previous bike and will be a big help in dealing with my chronic leg pain. The service was top notch also. Staff were very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Professional people taking care of there customers' needs. Several days later I am still pumped up about the bike and experience! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great for newbies and biking veterans alike. We get our bikes serviced there yearly and just bought a new e-bike as well. Very happy with World of Bikes and have no intention of going anywhere else!
