Your products are very top line products. You carry a variety’s of line products. Services is great, very professional knowledgeable sales personnel, patient, and I’ always treated special. Maintenance staff technicians or very knowledgeable, take the time to explain, what is involved in making repairs.

The gentlemen in the back was very helpful. Also the main guy up front helped adjust my seat with no charge. I even stopped an employee in the parking lot to ask a question, before he left , and he was very kind and understanding with advice.

Everyone at World of Wheels was very kind. My husband and I went there to pick out an electric bike and the customer service was excellent. The sales team is very knowledgeable. We were able to try out several bikes right in their parking lot to help make a decision. I love my new electric bike and will be going back to World of Wheels to fully personalize and accessorize my bike.

Everyone, there is very friendly, very helpful.I've been in there numerous times unscheduled and asked for help and received it.I would recommend world of wheels to everybody.I know some things are pricey, but I know that's not their fault.That you're still in the bike.Prices are, but all in all I'll be keep going there and I'll keep spending my money.There.They're awesome people

My 1st survey concerning my feelings toward "World of Wheels" wasn't a good one due to my experience with them. But let me tell you, that upper management reviewed my 1st survey and instructed their store manager to fix this, and fix it he did! They went above and beyond what I was expecting after speaking the with them (not sure if I can mention names, but you know who it was). My son's bike was repaired. Now I will tell the world that these folks take their work seriously, from someone dropping the ball to another picking it up and scoring a TOUCH DOWN. I sincerely thank you... Daniel C.
