Recently retired and wanted to get out more Went in to get a Ebike for my wife. Pete was very helpful and informative. Ended up buying 2 bikes. Why just give her one? They have excellent customer service. And lots of goodies for your bike, definitely recommend them to anybody.

I liked that Tony took the time to help this senior citizen select an electric bicycle that fit his build and needs. He had me try out three bikes. After I made a choice and asked him to add fenders and a rack, then told him I'd come back in two days to pick it up, I then changed my mind when I went back and he allowed me to change my mind and select a different bike.
