Excellent customer service! Extremely knowledgeable and educational staff. Went it to buy a road bike. Brandon was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Was not pressured into buying anything, and was not upsold on any items i didn't need. Brandon was aware of my needs as someone new to cycling. S/O Brandon! Thanks again!

The service was exceptional by Eric, the Lead Sales person. His staff was very helpful and fun as well. We really wanted to purchase two (2) E-Bikes from the store, but; personal finances currently are not allowing for that, in addition, financing was not reasonable due to their terms and conditions. Thank you kindly for all of your cooperation, efforts and friendlyness. We shall return.

Large variety of bikes and sizes. Staff was very patient (Jason), didn’t pressure, and gave us space when our kids were being very shy to talk.

Sean was extremely helpful and attentive. We tested several different bikes before deciding on the right one. It was very busy in the store but Sean still made as much time for us as we needed. he deserves to be recognized for his excellent customer service.

Everything is great- excellent quality products and services, good variety. This is where my family buys all our bikes, and upgrades/maintains them when needed

Getting back in the saddle so to speak. Sean was a great help not only with the bike rack for my existing bikes to put on my Jeep but also in helping pick out a new bike to ride. Wish they had a store in Stockton even a small satellite. Stockton is so lacking in bike shops.
