Polite, efficient staff.
Large, clean premises with plenty of robust equipment of different types so there is no crowding and no need to wait around for a turn.
Equipment well looked after.
Excellent value for money.
Plenty of parking.
The only other comments would be:
The site and the approach road are dotted with litter dropped by thoughtless clients.
The pot-holes at the entrance could do with filling in. (This may not strictly be the responsibility of the Gym but a couple of bags of quick-dry cement would cost peanuts.)
I think the gym is great in general.
Friendly customers and staff, plenty of good quality, clean equipment.
There are however a few a few minor areas that could be improved:
The bars for the cable stations could do with refreshing. Some are missing rubber grips or missing from the gym entirely. For example, there used to be a short, straight, rubber gripped bar, but I believe it broke and was never replaced.
There only seems to be a single close grip triangular cable attachment and it is often in use when needed. An extra one of those would come in handy since it is used on the landmine as well as cable stations and pull downs.
Also, I think the ladies only section could do with some extra lower weight kettle bells. I've noticed a lot more recently the lower weight kettle bells are missing from the main gym floor. I've asked a few times and they had been taken into the ladies only area and left there.
All in all, great gym. Have recommended to all my gym-going friends and even tried to convert some non-believers.
