I dropped my bike off for a routine tune-up, and to also have it adjusted because not all the gears were working. Staff was very friendly, called to provide updates, and did excellent work. My bike is riding so much smoother now. Great Job!

The young lady that sold me the bike was very helpful. The shop didn’t have a bike to fit me at the time so she took my name and number. As soon as one came in she called immediately for me to come check it out and I bought it.

This was my first visit to Y-Not in Lexington. They have a very nice assortment of bikes and anything else that you could possibly need for biking. What stood out to me the most was how nice their staff are. They had (2) employees working. One was a middle aged gentleman that was helping a disabled man fix his bicycle seat and the other was a young lady probably in high school. She was quick to help me and answer all of my questions. I ended up purchasing a bicycle carrier and pump from her and she installed the bike carrier for me and explained how it worked. I also witnessed her taking care of another customer and she was very kind to him. I would definitely recommend Y-Not and will definitely return.

I requested a higher priced tuneup and was told I didn’t need it. Honest and friendly means everything!

I dropped the bike off for their Spring Tune-up and must admit it was in filthy when i brought it in and upon picking it up it was not only tuned up to perfection but was so clean i could see my fingerprints on the frame it was so clean !
