Yoga, especially hot yoga is a life saver for older folks like me. You do not market to the over 60 crowd, and I am usually the oldest person in class, but, the stretching of hamstrings, back and the sweating keeps me flexible and able to move well!
The classes are great, instructors are very well qualified and professional,. The front desk is staffed by friendly and very helpful people who always make me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.
Loved the teacher, Scott. very adaptable and kind and supportive. Very encouraging to modify poses as necessary. we all loved him
Only difficulty is could hear loud booming music through the walls from another class (maybe spinning?) it was definitely counter to the calm peaceful music in our room. I think it can only be heard when near that wall but still... was definitely part of the experience.
maybe can solve problem by turning down the loud music a notch and turning up the quiet music a notch and see if both can happen without disturbing the calm?
the first person I came into contact with (long-sh blonde wavy hair) was very nice and welcoming and friendly. The instructor (Huether) was wonderful. The room for hot yoga was very warm, just how I like it! I make that a point to say because I have been in other classes, there actually, where instructors will turn the heat down, or sometimes in Bikram they will open the doors. Super clean changing rooms, the showers were good and the fact that you supply soap/shampoo/conditioner is a huge plus. Also, thanks for having complimentary tea!
