This was my son's first-ever sleep away camp. He went with a friend the first year and did the Right of Passage 2 night program and loved it. He's been back every year since for the full week and has just completed his 4th year. I love that he gets traditional summer experiences here (tubing, knee boarding, campfire, fishing) and there's never been a year where he didn't make new friends. He returns home each year more grown up than when I checked him in. I think it feeds his soul.

My daughter has attended Camp Kekoka for the past 3 summers and always cries when the week is over. It's so much fun she never wants it to end!

My son loved camp! He mad new friends as well as enjoying time with the kids that he attended with and thought it was the best week of his entire summer. I only wish you did two week sessions!

Thank you for an amazing and unforgettable week of camp! We’ve done several overnight camps in the mountains, and they all fell short of our hopes/expectations. This camp is truly a gem - they all want to come back next year.

This is one of the best things my daughter does all summer. A whole week with no electronics, outdoor fun and good friends. She comes back so energized and full of wonderful memories.

My kids had a lot of fun; and my daughter, who complains about every camp I put her in, wants to return next year (as long as a friend can come with her)! The price was good compared to other camps. I LOVED how they put photos up for every day of the camp! My kids loved the water sports!

My boys always make new friends and have a great time. After camp, my 13 year old actually said he didn't miss having his electronics! I think that says it all. Such an important time for kids to unplug and engage!

For a first time overnight camper, this was the perfect experience for my son. He had a blast. He learned a lot about himself. I cannot wait for him to go again next year.

Having the chance to be away from home and meet new people. Being with friends. The chance to do activities that I can’t normally do, such as waterskiing, zip line and high ropes.

This was my daughter's first time away and they are ready to go back already! I was worried about them but the director made me feel as ease. The girls made memories and new friends which they will stay in contact with for the years to come.

My son absolutely loved the fishing and water activities, as well as the rock climbing at summer camp. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. One concern was the lack of air conditioning in the cabins, but overall the food was good.

Our daughter loved it. She would have stayed another week if she could.

This was my child's first sleep away camp and it could not have gone any better. I loved that she was able to try new things and get out of her comfort zone with activities she had never previously been exposed to. The staff was wonderful and kept the children engaged while also teaching them critical values of being a good human being. Thank you for everything!!

My daughter loved her camp experience! As parents, we enjoyed the clear, consistent communication, the facilities, and the camp's way of encouraging the YMCA values in the campers on a daily basis.
