My son loved the outdoor camp. The activities they did like arts and crafts, the splash pad days, the pool days and fiels trips. What I didn't like is j would pick up my son and they didn't know where exactly he was. Despite the calls on the radio that they need him to come for pick up, the radios didn't seem to work. Became worrisome multiple times.
I like that I say the same counselors and staff over and over and over. I like that after a while they really get to recognize your kid. I also enjoy that there's always something different going on.
we got the membership for the kids to be able to do swimming lessons during the summer.
- was unable to find a class open for my 4 year old
- signed up 2 year old, class got cancelled due to being the only ones to sign up and nobody told me
- was able to sign up 4 year old and times were changed while already in the class
- signed up both kids for another 2 week class and both classes got cancelled due to staff and sing ups
It’s hard for me to understand how unorganized the program is. The website is also a pain to use, not very user friendly.
I am so appreciative for the way you are so caring for us seniors. Y’all give us a reason to go out and exercise n move our frail bodies, giving us also a chance to get together with others I thank you 🙏 for your caring for us seniors

I love that the YMCA at O.P Schnabel Park feels like a safe place to workout. The staff at this location make sure that the workout room is safe and free of drama.
We really enjoy the weight room and enjoy our walk outdoors before and afterwards. It is all very convenient, which makes exercise rewarding. We are looking forward to more the Y has to offer in the fall.
