I love your Swimming Classes, especially, Deb’s M-W-Sat. Aerobics Swim Class from 8-10 am and Lauri’s Water Yoga/ Arthritis Class on T-Th from 9-9:45 am. I started out with Hopp’s Water Therapy then continued as a member to help my hips and exercise for health.
I love the warm water pool. I have arthritis and my doctor says swimming is the best exercise option for me. It has helped keep me active and keep my weight down.
You have wonderful caring staff, programs to meet the needs of so many, and a bright, cheerful, and clean facility. You are such a great asset for our community.
I love the pool it has help me so much it's been good for my back and hip. I walk a mile too up to mile and half do water exercise. The life guards are so nice and very helpful and they are very experienced in their jobs.ive have gone there since April.
