I love the fact that physical well-being is firmly rooted in spiritual health at Yoga Ananda. None of the yoga classes I have done there ever forgets that body and soul also matter, not just body. I first went to Yoga Ananda to find mental peace and spiritual calm... I now use it for both that and physical flexibility! I have never stopped my meditation practice, learned at Yoga Ananda, and know that I never shall. In fact, I am not sure I would know how to stop - how would I stay sane in this busy, mad, sad and sometimes bad world?
