Right now, I love the availability of all of the classes online! I've been able to enjoy more classes online than I ever was able to attend before the pandemic. The postures and breath work have been very grounding and calming and the teachers have been most responsive to the needs of the participants. I hope some online classes will be available even after our recovery from the pandemic.
I like the variety and the instructors. All that I have taken classes with are very mindful to remind you to listen to your body and do what your body allows you to do.
I also like the variety of times that you offer some of the classes.
I loved the online class! It is very convenient for a last minute decision to attend! The in person classes are just as wonderful. I always recommend trying a class here if I'm asked about where to take yoga in Carlisle.
