This was my 2nd ever Yoga class (last one was 10 years ago, I'd done a few videos over the years). I found it very accessible and not intimidating for a beginner. It was a much richer experience than any video I've done because of the atmosphere and details. There was plenty of generous equipment to use which just made it so simple and effortless. The teacher was so approachable and made the day very comfortable. It was clear she was knowledgeable and the office was well coordinated to answer questions that were more in depth. I'm looking forward to making this a regular thing.
I tried the prenatal yoga class so far. It is very informative and I think after going every week it will really be helpful for me and my baby. Especially in helping me feel better and find ways to reduce swelling and pain from pregnancy
Simply Well Yoga is the best! The office is welcoming and organized. The instructors are professional and creative. Gentle and challenging options are given for each overall class and position sequences.
Even the app/website IS user friendly.

I had my first Gentle Yoga class with Amy and it was so relaxing. I closed my eyes, focused on my breaths and let her gentle voice guide me. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been so relaxed! I’m definitely coming back as soon as I can!
