Yoga Health Center helped change my life. For the last 5 1/2 years it has been a central part of my life. I have made many new and wonderful friends. I have done things with my body that I never realized I could do. I am stronger and more flexible than I would be without it. I like everything about it. The teachers are excellent-demanding, caring, encouraging, prepared. The variety of classes continues to expand which I have enjoyed because I have gone out of my comfort zone trying several of the new classes (still no Hot 26 though!). It's easy to sign up for classes and cancel if necessary. The facilities are clean and bright. Regina is fantastic-so friendly, she knows everyone's name. Her chai is legendary. YHC would not be what it is without her. I continue to tell my friends, people I meet what a great place YHC is and how it can help change their lives as well!
