I would definitely recommend the studio to anyone who I know could benefit. The only challenges are the parking/traffic of the area (which can't be helped) and it possibly not aligning with one's work schedule.

The teachers are all so good - the best. Love Regina. I like the space itself and the class offerings (times that work for me). It's a good community that shows up. My only ask is that you sweep the floors more between classes. There's regularly hair on the floor (not mine) that ends up sticking to me. Yuck.

I love so many things about the YHC. First and foremost is the owner and staff…always smiling and happy. The good vibes are always present! The classes are excellent, instructors are helpful and knowledgeable. The spaces are immaculately organized and clean and the overall design of the studio makes you feel comfortable.
