It was my first visit because I live in Lake Tahoe. I was visiting my daughter at CU. It was an evening class so I liked the wind down vibe and low lighting. The instructor was great at running us through the postures & telling us how to take it to the next level for those that could.
I dropped in on the hot yoga class and it was phenomenal! The heat was gradual and not too suffocating. The instructor, Sarah, was awesome as well. She was very helpful especially in poses students struggled with. She also provided positive feed back. Loved her all around vibe. Also loved the vibe of the studio itself!
easy location, lots of parking, very friendly front desk. Rob [LAST NAME REMOVED] marvelous instructor. Room was a wee bit warm for my liking. And especially loved having the 1st class free. I was visiting Boulder for the day; I live in Austin & practice at Dharma Yoga, but know this now: I'll be back #bomshiva
Fantastic teachers and great variety. If I want a work out, I can take a yoga tone class, if I'd like to deepen my relationship to my practice, I can take a Forrest class or attend one of Steph's kirtans, and if I want to settle into my self and my flow, I can take a Vinyasa.
