The consistent quality and variety of styles of the instructors. I've tried a couple who I found not to my taste, but no matter as there are plenty others who are! And, to be fair, one of those was recently trained at the time and I'll give them another try at some point. Whoever the instructor, it very rarely feels like they are "dialing it in"; the flows are interesting and well constructed, and the care and enthusiasm people exhibit across the board (the regulars too, not just the instructors) is infectious.

The studio was welcoming and the teacher gave us a tour. The class was full but it was great. Perfect amount of heat and humility. Teacher was great and will be returning.
