I love Yoga Santosha's on-line classes.
I have also attended Yoga Santosha's Kensington location - which is GORGEOUS!!! Like a spa; a beautiful escape from the stresses of the world.
Yoga Santosha's instructors are excellent and I enjoy the choice of the variety of their classes.
Flexibility in schedules and locations, online class option, diverse workshops, karma program and pricing.
However, is would very much like you to bring back Kundalini yoga and Wall yoga as those were my favorite classes when they were available.
It's a beautiful space and the teachers are very kind and welcoming. Things run on time and there is the option for a variety of classes at both studios!!!
The instructors are kind and friendly and have a lot of knowledge. The studio is always clean and welcoming.
For improvement, I notice that occasionally the instructors can seem a bit detached / disengaged from the in-person class, which could be due to the requirement to always be centered on camera for livestream classes. In the olden days, the instructors would walk around the class and provide individual guidance or adjustments, but this no longer seems to occur. I miss that. There are a few instructors with more personal classes, so I try to book those when I can.
This sounds like a dumb thing to comment on, but I dislike your hand soap! It is ineffective regardless of how much I use.
I enjoyed both the classes I took at the mission location and the Kensington location. A tour would’ve been nice at the Kensington location as it was my first time there and I didn’t know where I was going. Mission location I did get a tour after I found the change room myself which was pretty straightforward. The Kensington location needed a bit more navigating and I felt silly walking around not knowing where anything was.
Front desk staff was so very kind, understanding, accommodating and helpful. The environment itself with decor and layout is very welcoming and calming environment. Studio was lovely , spacious so personal space and energy field was not intruded on…. It helped not having mirrors at front so one could stay within and focus on their own practice and balance. I get thrown off in studios with little space and or mirrors everywhere.
Wonderful :) namaste
