Staff is extremely professional and friendly... super clean and energy is conducive to fitness and exercise. I spent decades at LA Fitness and they don’t care about anything except getting you signed up. Your facility in Coconut Grove is A+++

Well, Cocowalk just reopened. It’s closure was a giant inconvenience. Now, it’s only open to 7:00 pm. When I signed up it was a 24 hour gym. Coral Gables is a gorgeous site, but half the people wear their masks under their nose snd no one cares

The workout areas and bathroom are always very clean and the weight racks are kept fairly organized which is hard to do with so many people working out at once. It may be part of the gym culture but the result is the same, which I am grateful for, and certainly something the staff regulate. Lastly, there is rarely any equipment that is unavailable for use do to lack of repair.
