It's got everything you would need from a weigh lifting stand point with free weights and machines. Has a lot of cardio machines so you're not waiting for one to open up. The main reason I'd recommend is the pricing because I can bring my teenager or wife with me every time. I would have to pay nearly double to do that somewhere else.

I am very pleased with your operation in general but, 1. You have a policy of wiping down the equipment when someone uses it. It would be nice to see everyone do that. 2.It is nice to have music while we work out, but the employees on the weekends should take a hint from the weekday employees about the volume.
