They basically have everything I need for my strength training. I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because the one thing that I, and a few of the trainees that I mentor, would like are round 45lb plates rather than the octagonal ones. However, this does not deter me from achieving my strength goals.

The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean. The location follows COVID-19 protocols. YouFit has basic workout equipment, and offers no frills fitness. No need for a pool or sauna to increase membership amounts. Been with the Lauderdale Lakes location the year it opened!
