All the classes are free with membership and I like that they mix it up with each class. Yoga has really helped my back and neck issues. There is plenty of machines in the gym with no waiting anytime I go.
I enjoy attending the yoga classes and try to woosha. In the meantime, the woman waiting outside to attend the zumba class are very loud and disruptive. Suggestion: when handing them a ticket for the zumba, please tell them to respect the yoga class. Thank you.
Everyone from the minute you walk through the door are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of your condition. You will feel stronger and happier after working out in a short period of time.
I love the Silver Sneakers classes. They are tough enough that I get something out of it, but not too much that I can’t participate. I wish you had more classes. Especially the yoga. At least twice a week in the morning.
