My autistic grandson, Alex, is receiving personal training at YouFit on Scottsdale Road and Thomas. He has had an extremely positive experience there! My interactions with Brad who has helped me sort out the billing issues that arise, and the feedback I get from Alex make me a huge fan of this gym and it’s personnel! My background is in health care QA and I’m aware of what excellent care and “customer” service looks like, and when the overall atmosphere is not conducive to excellence. This location shines!!

Friendly open atmosphere, no pressure staff. Not like 24 Hour Fitness where trainers were in your face all the time pumping themselves and telling you that THEY were essential to helping you identify and achieve my goals. They wouldn’t take NO fir an answer. They made me hate going to the gym, but UFit staff treat me like they want ME to enjoy myself and feel at home there.
