I feel like the staff should be more involved with the customers. They should periodically walk over to the customer, to make sure that they are using the equipment properly, checking to see if the customer have any questions, and addressing any concerns that the customer may have. I am aware that there is an orientation before joining the gym, however I think the staff should be more engaging , especially the older customers.

I like the price of the membership, I like the many locations they have to offer. I deducted a point because when I signed up for the membership, the employee I signed up with never pointed out that with the basic 10$ a month didn't include the classes even though I expressed how excited I was to do the classes. So now I'm stuck at with the basic membership, when I would've signed up for the Lime card had I been notified.
I absolutely love the cardio cinema and wish the company would bring it to the Boca Raton Town Center location. A ton of my friends would use it. I travel all the way from Boca to West Palm Beach to use the cardio cinema. In addition I love the new amenities and layout. Best of all the YouFit gyms in the area by far!
