Nobody invades your space. Facility is kept clean. All staff members are delightful.In my 18 months of membership, with daily attendance, there was but one day that an attendant was late to open on a Sunday morning. Terrific staff.

The staff is very good and helpful. The manager saw me standing at the front desk and came over to help me, which he did! I was very pleased.

I like the new staff that they have now at the counter. The gym is always clean, since COVID major cautionary steps have been implemented to reduce infections, and management seems to have the customer's health a priority. Some of the television are not working on some of the machines but overall it is a a great gym and atmosphere. I used to have issues in the past when checking at the front desk if I did not have my chip card even if I gave other credentials to confirm my identity. I believe management rectified the problem for that I am a Raving Fan.

The supportive and welcoming environment! Everyone is nice and respectful to everyone. I love being around that positive energy. I also love how this gym is handling COVID-19 precautions. I see everyone doing their part and wiping the machines down. I also love that the gym has people constantly on the floor cleaning and disinfecting the equipment and floors. It not only makes me feel safer, but I love knowing that Youfit is taking the pandemic very seriously. Lastly, I just love my supportive trainers Xavier and PJ. They made joining Youfit again so wonderful. I feel so inspired to keep on showing up and work towards my goals. The entire staff is always so nice and welcoming when I come and go. It makes my gym anxiety less intense and I love that.
