The Winter Park gym manager, Jesse Jaime, and her team are doing great job keeping the gym COVID safe and following COVID regulations. A model gym for other businesses to follow. The current staff is friendly and courteous. Happy with the service and to call this Youfit location as my gym. Thank you for fantastic job!

They let you work at your own pace. I'm sure a lot of people would rather have a set program but I like to work out at my own speed. Keeps me flexible and moving. I also walk in my neighborhood which adds to the work out.
