I love how the classes, teachers and studio design come together to provide a safe, comfortable and nourishing environment where you can be yourself, learn and develop at your own pace. The balance of meditation at the start and end of class brings it all together and helps you learn the benefits of this practice in an easy and meaningful way. I love it! ❤️🙏
The variety of experienced teachers & class times, the commitment to each class being considered, mapped out & tailored & the sense of being valued as a part of the community/belonging that the Younga staff collectively cultivate.
Particularly Sofia - the yin classes are clear, well paced and nourishing. The slow flow also - as I’m in my sixties and have some weaker spots. The vinyasa is also well managed for fitter bodies. I can manage them at my pace when I’m more regular in attendance. So easy to access from home. Grateful.
I haven’t been regular but hope to be so.
