High quality products, and wonderful service. There were no bikes in my daughter's size, so they assembled one same day and texted us when it was ready for her to try. It is great to have a bike shop of this quality in our community.

These guys truly care about taking care of customers to the best of their ability. I had some minor repairs scheduled after my free inspection. They were scheduled a few days out but my plans changed and needed my bike back sooner. They worked me in and made it happen that allowed me to bike with my 8 year old Son. In a world where customer service is getting worse, these guys stay true to their mission. Many thanks

Zachs Bike Shop was great to work with. They dropped off the bike at the hotel and worked with me on pickup even though I had to cut the rental short by one day. Great team to work with. Highly recommend.

you guys have always been extremely kind and helpful, and this visit was no different. being able to get a consignment bike was really amazing as i was unsure of if i'd be able to afford something new (in this economy nonetheless.). i'm so grateful to everyone at zach's for giving me a great experience and being honest about my bike :) you guys rock and i hope you have a bazillion million customers, you guys deserve the world <3 thank you again !!!! -anna
