**5-Star Review for Zach's Bikes** I had the pleasure of winning an electric bike through Zach's Bikes and recently made the trip from Brookings to pick it up. Although it took a couple of months before I was able to get there, the team was incredibly welcoming and professional when I arrived. I mentioned that the new owner of the bike is 5'10", and without hesitation, they upgraded the bike from a medium to a large frame to ensure a better fit. They went above and beyond by registering the bike for me, performing a thorough inspection, and walking me through how to operate and care for it. The staff took the time to make sure I was comfortable, confident, and fully informed before I left the shop. Their customer service and attention to detail were top-notch. Highly recommend Zach's Bikes to anyone looking for quality bikes and outstanding service. Matt-

The Service, Work, and quality were top-notch. Communication overall was good. Initially, I was told the bike would be done at the end of the week. However, it was not until I called that I found out it wouldn’t be done until five days past that. Even an email or some sort of update would’ve been a nice way to keep me updated on when the work would be done. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and I’m very happy with everything that was done.
