I like that your employees are very helpful and explains about the bike's and they give maps to the trails around Klamath falls. And told me about registering the bike which surprised me when, I wasn't expecting that at all. They answered my question about putting goo in the tires, and said that you can have that every six months. I was really impressed with the employees they really knowledgeable about all my questions. Thank you very much

What I appreciate about the staff at Zach’s bikes is even though I don’t go to the store constantly the staff especially the owner, Zach himself remembers me by name. They always seem friendly and don’t try to oversell what I need to get my bike back on the trail. Friendly and helpful staff that show interest in talking about bikes and bike related things to help the community. Zach is a great owner of the shop because any customer that just walks through the door Zach is there to greet you and help out with great service and you would never know he was the owner because of his service and attitude, actually working the floor instead of hiding in an office. Great store with great staff, and even though I haven’t bought a trek bike from their shop they treat me like I have when I come in with my off brand bike.
