you guys have always been extremely kind and helpful, and this visit was no different. being able to get a consignment bike was really amazing as i was unsure of if i'd be able to afford something new (in this economy nonetheless.). i'm so grateful to everyone at zach's for giving me a great experience and being honest about my bike :) you guys rock and i hope you have a bazillion million customers, you guys deserve the world <3 thank you again !!!! -anna

I brought my bike in to get sealant in the tires and pedals changed and the whole process was quick and easy. The two guys who helped me were professional and friendly and let me watch so I can hopefully do it myself in the future.

This place has great customer service! I had an issue arise with my tires this season after I had already had my bike tuned up at the end of last summer. They looked at my bike thoroughly and replaced the tubes free of charge.

Kevin was the best he was knowledgeable- and focused on the best customer experience From getting me set up with the best bike for my needs to explaining all the checks they go through, and making sure the accessories were installed.this is my second bike purchased at Zach’s and I’ll forever keep my business here.
