We hired Donna Ortiz as our realtor to sell our secondary home in Howell. It was a very pleasant experience to work with her. Her people skills are on point (which are critical for a job like hers) and she is very respectful and knowledgeable. Her Husband Zak Ortiz complements her and they both make an AWESOME team working together. She is very prompt at responding messages and questions. She doesn't have all the answers, but we didn't expect her to, since all cases are unique and different. But she knew where to get the answers from and always did so on a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her to others. Thanks Donna for understanding our unique situation, for considering our needs and wants, starting from the listing price and going all the way into the negotiating details at the end!
