People were very friendly and the bike was ready after being serviced on time.
There was a billing issue. You forgot to include the cost of a new chain on the bill.
Just double check your service process as that was a big miss. Want to see you profit.

Overall I am very satisfied but when I dropped the bike off for service, it had been my husbands and I did not know where he purchased it, the staff did not let me know I was going to be charged.
I loan it to someone for the Closer to Free Ride so it is used once a year for 40 miles so really does not need service (in my humble opinion.)
I would have liked to know in advance.

Rep patiently worked with me by email to discuss what I needed, arranged delivery to my house, and also was able to have someone come out the next day to replace and tighten some parts after my maiden voyage.
