Your services are awesome. The guy that helped me when I picked up my bike yesterday offered to help and ai am so glad I took him up on his offer as he was help to get my bike totally in the car!!! Yahoo!! As driving with the back gate open yesterday would have been tough- thanks!!!

I was helped quickly during a busy day - I needed a bike for my son and was given a great price on a used bike that was tuned up by professionals. I did not feel any pressure from my salesperson to purchase unnecessary insurance and equipment, which is something I detest. We were in and out and when I'm ready to buy my own bike, I will be back!

Everyone who helped me at Zanes was amazing! The first gentleman fitted my girls for bikes, and they both fell in love with the same one. He figured out how to “customize” it for my younger daughter so that she would grow into it nicely! Then, when I came back, they attached the new bike rack to my car, loaded both bikes onto it and then took the time to show me how to do it myself! All in the pouring rain!! Can’t speak highly enough about the crew here!!
