We were there for my daughter’s last upgrade bike. As usual we were treated with kindness and respect. You guys took the time to build her a costume bike that fits her perfectly and when we went to pick up, you adjusted so it was a perfect fit. You even took the time to teach her how to safely use all the gears and walked next to her as she tried out and learned about her new bike.. Thank you again and we will be back

I needed a safety check and my back rack put on. The technician serviced my bike while I waited and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Now I'm comfortable to ride in safety.

The service department was able to repair my bike in under an hour and get me back to my training without interruption. Best of all, they found that the broken part was under a recall so the fix was free. Thanks, Zanes for saving my season!
