Sales person seemed really knowledgeable and friendly, reasonable price. I didn't need much and am not as big in the hobby, but seemed like a really good selection and sizable store for local. Only downside is it took a few for them to get to me since it was busy, but that probably says some thing that they do that much buisness.

The customer service is outstanding. I forget her name and I am embarrassed to say so, but the wonderful woman at the service desk went out of her way to help me and my fiancée set up our Thule bike rack. Not only did she do that, but she meticulously showed us step by step how to install and uninstall so we can do it on our own throughout the year. Considering the bike rack was not purchased at Zane’s, it’s a great example of world-class customer service. Will be sure to be a customer for life. Thank you!!!!!
