Had my carpets cleaned that only had a few spots. Then Tech said he could also clean tile grout on the floor, that also included cleaning the all the tiles. I was AMAZED as to how fast and Clean it became. In the past I have gotten on my hands and knees with a toothbrush and spent hours rinsing and sucking up the rinse water with a Wet Vac. No more of that for me! Thank Guys.

Our Service Tech, Bert, was fantastic! Very thorough cleaning, explained everything in detail, and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. I will most definitely use ZeroRez again, and will specifically request that Bert take care of us next time.

Bart was very informative and friendly. He seemed to care about his work and wanted to do a good job. The only negative aspect of the service was that my arrival time was 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the technician did not arrive until 7:00 p.m.
