Professional, courteous and competent technicians and cleaning process rocks! Stains don’t reappear a couple weeks after the cleaning. If there is an area that has soaked/stained the carpet padding, Zerorez can flush that area to clean the stain out of the padding so your spot never reappears months following the cleaning.

We have always had a great experience with Zerorez Carpet Cleaning. One thing we really appreciate is that they use a special technique in their cleaning process, so there’s no sticky residue left behind on the carpet. You can actually feel the difference—my carpets stayed cleaner longer instead of attracting dirt again quickly,despite the heavy foot traffic at the school. Another big plus is that there’s no overpowering chemical smell afterward. The carpets just feel fresh and clean without any heavy scent, which is great.
