This was such an easy process. I called and got the quote, which I found to be very reasonable. I called back a couple of days later and was able to book the cleaning three days later at the time I wanted. The cleaning ended up making the carpets look amazing. The technician went over things with me room by room and the quote was exactly what we were charged. No hidden fees. And, he was friendly and professional. We would absolutely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family. Great experience!!!

Your guy was great but he left one spot in one of my carpets. I don't know if he spilled something or just applied it too heavy in one spot but it's a spot it's kind of crusty I've tried to clean it it's a white spot it's kind of bleach the carpet a little bit it may be.
