Dexter was prompt and professional. He was careful to explain that it could take a follow up service to get the urine scent out of our new Berber carpet. And in fact it did.and the second time was the charm! I am very picky about the cleanliness of my home and Zerorez took care of our carpet stain to my satisfaction. Because of Dexter’s good work I would recommend this service to others.

Everything was just as described. Your team member arrived on time, had everything he needed and got right to work. He was friendly and professional. The completed work was beautiful.
