The first two times I had Zerorez, I was extremely imppressed with the outcomes and the hard work as well as a desire to please the customer (me) was apparent. This time I was not pleased with the outcome my carpets looked ok and one didn't look good to me at all. The feedback I received from the worker appeared to be lame, to say the least. Not sure if because it was at the end of the day he did not feel like doing a good job and wearing his customer satisfaction apparrel....but nevertheless in the future i would like one of the first two guys to return or someone different.
Your technicians were professional and easy to work with, final results were amazing. The estimator that came out initially didn't document the main reasons we even called therefore technicians weren't aware that we needed two wool Persian rugs cleaned when they arrived. He didn't break down the quote as I asked repeatedly either. I walked the areas to be separated in the quote with the estimator and he assured me repeatedly that there would be 2 separate quotes. However, a staff member came to me and said that as he was leaving, he told her that he didn't know how he was going to break the quote down. I guess he couldn't figure it out because he never did! The estimator also said it would be 2 hours for this entire facility so you can imagine our surprise to find out it was more like 5 and staff had to stay late to make sure the Operating Rooms were ready for 6am surgeries the next morning! The estimator gets an F but the techs redeemed Zerorez for an A.
