I’m responding for my 88 year old sister who has two elderly dogs that have had lots of accidents on the carpet, urine and vomit. We have tried to clean them up with over the counter rug cleaners, but they didn’t do a very good job. Austin worked for two hours down on his hands and knees cleaning up the spots and then went back to clean the whole carpet. I wish I had. Taken before and after photos. What a difference! Great job! Actually, unbelievable!

I liked that there is no use of soap, and harsh chemicals used in the cleaning process. I also appreciated that Austin offered the application of a fiber protector, which we took advantage of.
