Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable technicians: Austin and Alijah. The Zerorez process cleans green and dries relatively fast. Technicians wear shoe coverings to minimize bringing additional dirt into our home. Very satisfied customer.

He went above and beyond in explaining what to expect and how to enhance drying the carpet after he was done cleaning it. It was wonderful that all of the materials he needed and used were all contained in the Zerorez truck. The whole cleaning system was efficient and well thought through.
