zerorez workers were all on time and were very professional and nice to have working on our carpets,our carpets were not new, but they made them look very nice! We had a couple wear spots that needed a little extra care and they were able to improve those! I would strongly recomend Zerorez to anyone who needs there carpets cleaned , and will surly use them again the next time we need another carpet cleaning. each person who worked onth carpet were careful and courteous and pleasant to be around!
