You guys need to allow more flexibility with payment. I am a property manager and hired your company to come out and do all the carpets it was a big home. The total was over $800 I added on the enzyme treatment for pet odors throughout the home. Before treatment I told the technician I have used your services before. Since I am a property manager I travel around Indy so I am not always present at my desk therefore payment right after the service is completed was not going to be an option as id be back at my desk around 6pm and he would be finished well before then. He said he would talk to his supervisor to ensure that would be ok as he did not think it would be an issue especially since i have used your services previously. The supervisor said no and demanded he stayed until he received payment. The technician pleaded as he would then have to wait nearly three hours for me to get to my desk where my company card was to make payment. The supervisor insisted he stayed. I felt awful for the very friendly technician while he waited on a very hot day. It was ridiculous. I was told the enzyme treatment would break down any stubborn smells however I can still smell a strong odor so I was also not satisfied with that either. If you are able to make amends I would be happy to use your services again as I manage over 60 properties and need a reliable carpet cleaning company. Unless things are made right I will take my business elsewhere.
My carpet looks great and the technician was very courteous. I do smell a bit of pet residue so I wish I had been offered some type of deodorizer to get rid of that. The reason I had the carpet cleaned was because the previous owner had a dog and we have a severe dog allergy in my household.
Also, we did not have any furniture in the room when the carpet was cleaned. I called the day after the cleaning to ask if I could purchase a few of the foam pieces that go under the furniture because the carpet was still a bit wet. When I called I was told ZeroRez does not do that because we did not have furniture at the time of cleaning. I asked to purchase these and pick them up. I felt the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely unhelpful.
Had a great experience and great outcome! Service provider was amazing. Only wish I had known that the analysis would potentially cost more for pet damages, but it all turned out great and my service provider went above and beyond.
Reasonably priced. Smells wonderdul. No residue. Clean carpets!! Lots of additonal services available. Curtis was very professional and explained wverybting clearly. 10/10 would recommend
