EVEN THOUGH I WAS INFORMED AHEAD OF TIME THAT THE POOP STAIN MAY COME BACK AFTER DRYING. I WAS STILL VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT IT DIDNT COME OUT. BUT WHAT DISAPPOINTED ME MOST WAS I WAS QUOTED 43$ FOR THE CLEANING BUT WASNT INFORMED OF A 25$ SERVICE FEE. I AM ON A STRICT WIDOWS BUDGET. IT MAY NOT BE A LOT TO EVERYONE ELSE BUT TO ME ITS A LOT OF $
