I contacted Zerorez after calling 4 other housecleaning companies that advertise service in my area. One did not, after all, come to my area and 3 did not return my call. Zerorez responded immediately and was able to schedule an appointment quickly and at my convenience. Yvette arrived on time, got right to work, and had the house sparkling clean very shortly thereafter. I could not be more pleased.

You came out within hours of my call. The tech. Braydan did a fantastic job. He was even able to remove some old stains in the area that I needed cleaned! He was so personable. Very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do. I will highly recommend Zerorez to all my friend's.

From my investigative call and setting an appointment, through meeting Owen, and observing the process, I was very pleased. Owen appeared at my door with a nice smile and immediately my trepidation was erased. He was clean, well groomed and extremely polite. He was well prepared, even placing protectors for the doorway and corners before setting up the hoses. Owen welcomed every question and answered knowledgeably. I will be using Zerorez again, and if I'm lucky Owen will help me again. Of course, my neighbors have already expressed interest in the company/process. Happily, Owen left cards for me to share.

The technicians, Owen and Robert,were actually 1 hour early. They called to check if they could come early. Owen explained the process and had us review the work as it was being done. Very efficient but thorough. Left the house very clean, the tile and carpet look great.

Owen did a great job on cleaning the carpets, as well as cleaning and sealing the kitchen floor. He was very nice, explaining each step of the process and ensuring I was happy with the result after each room was cleaned. Carpets and floor look awesome!
