The whole process is astounding! The empowered water cleans the carpets thoroughly and the carpets dry very quickly. In addition the technicians go about the job very efficiently and are very friendly. All in all a very good experience! I wouldn't use anyone else!

I have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning several times in two different cities, and highly recommend their services. The technicians have been prompt every time; they do a thorough and excellent job cleaning the carpets and area rugs, and always ask me to check all cleaned areas before leaving. They are also very professional and responsive to any feedback. I will continue to rely on them for regular cleanings.

I purchased the water treatment kit for cleaning my area rug after my 14 year old golden retriever began having accidents. It cleans up stains and odor quite well. I heard about it on KLPX - The Frank Show. Frank has dogs too and highly recommended it. I have started using it on windows and mirrors - no streaks! I’m trying it on everything these days. Well worth the ride down from Oracle to their office on Ruthrauf! Sue
