Was somewhat skeptical at first.
Carpet is clean, even some oily stains were gone. Dried in a few hours. Thought the carpet was a little stiff but turned out only a remnant texture due to having been a little wet. Vacuumed the carpet and it was just as soft as he carpet under the bed. The reason I used Zerorez was to avoid the soap residue (crunchy carpet) left by other cleaners. That residue caused my allergies to act up. Not the case with Zerorez.
Still have the long term test to go but more optimistic now.
The master bedroom was a bit too wet. Either too much water used or not enough extracted. I put a towel down on the wall side of the bed and at the end to absorb some of the moisture. I could still feel the moisture on the wall side the next day.
The technician was very nice and respectful.
My carpet always looks great, dries quickly, is soft and comfy to walk on. I'm eager to see how the extra protectant works in my hallway.
Jeremy was great--knowledgeable, offered helpful hints, and very respectful of my home and the "invisible cats."
Downside: Why ruin a great experience by nickeling and diming your customers? Measuring hallways, adding $2 for "Carpeted Walkway", etc. Just give a price for 3 rooms and a hallway like everyone else does. We already know you cost more...
