The Service from start to finish was well done. The Appointment, the call ahead, the knock on the door all done professionally. Kaiden the attendent did outstanding job expalining in detail what was happening. He took time to cover the corners of the rooms and hallway to prevent any knicks from their equipment. I was impreseed at the detail of their work. The machine used was interesting and modern technology. Thank you for your attention and care of the house and carpet.

Thanks for the reservice this past Friday. The guys were great and the carpet was cleaned like I had expected it to be, based on previous service from Zerorez. I don’t know what happened with the first visit this time. The tech was very pleasant and seemed to try hard to clean the carpet. Either he didn’t know to extract very slowly or his van equipment was faulty. It was super loud compared to your other vans. I even told him I worried about complaints from my neighbors. I left Zerorez a good review on Yelp under Jayne L. Feel free to copy and use that review or parts it. Thanks again for responding to my disappointment and sending out a re-service. Jayne Leet
