Pricing quoted for sofa was twice what I was quoted in text, so we skipped that. When I called to schedule I wanted the same service I always get. Apparently, they quoted me for their very basic cleaning which really doesn’t do anything. Increase the quote by $12 for each room and we were finally able to get started. This is annoying. Why quote me for a service that barely cleans the carpet? I feel like I get baited and switched on pricing every time I have you guys come out. The crew was efficient, polite and did a good job. Communication on client needs and pricing prior to visits is not great, especially when I’m a repeat client of many years and everything is in your system.
