While the young man who was the technician//service provider was pleasant enough...
My carpets were sopping wet at conclusion of service.
I called the technician to alert him as to the condition of my sopping wet carpets, he told me that he was at a job, and would contact his supervisor to see if he could circle back and do a better job of extracting.
No subsequent action, nor any follow up call, or, attempt to help solve the problem was forthcoming.

were so far below normal rug cleaning norms as to be actionable.
I was referred to ZERO REZ by a carpet installer who said ZerRez was an excellent service for extraction of water., while cleaning.
Clearly not the franchise that serviced my carpets.
Fortunately my neighbors helped me out…they rented six large scale fans which ran 24/7
for 40 hours.
I am so disappointed and disgusted with the complete lack of any follow up, by ZeroRez.
Fortunately I took videos of the two carpet vacuums, and the resultant water pulled from my carpets which I’m sharing with my brother, one of the three attorneys in my family.
I will contact (or the law firm(s) ) will contact the Tucson BBB, City of Marana, Oro Valley offices to file complaints.
I will use social media, TikTok, Google, Yelp to address the substandard work of this franchisee.
I will be relentless in pursuing the tarnishing of the name and reputation of these shysters.
Based on the egregious sub standard results, I am hopeful of taking this franchise to court.
I will be seeking restitution

I like the idea of no chemicals left in our carpets. There was a noticeable freshness and brightness that remained after the carpet dried. Dark spots such as where my husband takes off his street shoes and puts them on was cleaned up, and the large spot where he spilled a soda was removed. The serviceman was cordial and accepted a tip of a couple of jars of my homemade jam. I will continue to use Zerorez in the future.

Because of pet stains and Oder the bill went from
$1,200 for carpet and tile to $3,600! The house still had Oder. Also - the technician forgot to clean the master bedroom closet which held up my listing the house for my client. Also - the tile was to be cleaned and sealed because it had been sealed on a previous cleaning. The tile had not been cleaned at all. Upon his return - he spent less than 40 minutes there to deep clean and treat the walk-in closet and supposedly clean and seal the tile. The tile is still extremely dirty!
So no - I would not recommend your company to anyone. And as a Realtor - I have the opportunity often to make such recommendations.
Extremely disappointed in the work and the price!

My estimate going in was $201 ($45 per room for 4 rooms and $21 service charge). There is no military discount, but I was told that they would clean the grout in my kitchen for free. The total ended up being $576. The deep clean for one room was $350 alone. They also only cleaned part of the kitchen because the kitchen was so big (misleading since they made it sound like they would be cleaning the whole kitchen). Also they charge extra for closets, anything you can walk in and open up your arms is extra. They also blew multiple circuit breakers (I couldn't figure out why my lights and fans weren't working after they left) and tracked in lots of dirt that never got cleaned up. I definitely would have expected them to at least clean up behind them and fix the circuit breakers after they left given the amount I spent. Will go somewhere else next time.
