I have used Zerorez service on cleaning my carpets for a few years, a couple times a year, and I always have a very good service. Easy to schedule the appointment, then the service person arrives on time and complete the service leaving the carpets pretty clean.

I had the tiles and grout cleaned in my casita and I was very satisfied with the results. The representative recommended to also seal the grout but I didn’t have the extra monies to do it on that same day. After thinking about it I would like to have the grout sealed w/zerorez. I appreciate that your cleaning specialist show up within the time scheduled. Brandon was my technician and he was courteous and knowledgeable. I like your product because it doesn't leave any type of residue and works on cleaning the dirt from my carpet. I've been very satisfied with the results the three times I've used your company to clean my carpets. I also feel the prices are reasonable too.

The main reason why I decided to use Zerorez is that they do not use any toxic chemicals. In addition, their customer service is top notch. The office staff is friendly and efficient and they are always able to schedule me in a few weeks. The cleaning staff is professional and thorough, always on time and able to complete the work in a timely manner. I would not hire any other company.

the ease of scheduling, the courtesy of office and technical staff, the overall friendliness of all, and most importantly a product that works- does not leave my carpet feeling like Brillo nor the straw pads for our front doors!! and the carpet stays clean- doesn't look dirty again in 3-5 days!!! what more can a busy homemaker want?

Love looking at my carpets. My fragments I stand on in the kitchen are so nice and clean. I was hating the way they were looking. However, I'm REALLY liking how my car mats look. I seriously gave some thought to James' idea of wearing socks in the car; the mats are just that clean. They were so black I didn't think anything could get them back to the original color. The one specifically that is noticeable is the beige one. The previous 1-10 selection asking if I'd recommend Zerorez is academic. Not "will I," but "already have."
