The cleanliness of the product. No unnecessary chemicals are used. The professionalism of the carpet cleaners. I really appreciated the knowledge they shared with me about the process and how to care for my carpet and floors between services. Breydon cleaned my carpets and did a fantastic job and Isaiah cleaned my tile floors. They looked amazing! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job! I would never use another carpet/floor cleaning company other than Zerorez!

How good your service cleaned my carpet and your service rep, Nate who was excellent in explaining how your system works. He was very professional, which, I liked . Also, the steps taken to ensure that no other damage was done to your corners on walls. That's the first time, I ever had a carpet cleaner do that. It was an exceptionally good experience!
