I've used ZeroRez for years. We used to have a dog that peed everywhere on our white carpet. When we got our carpets cleaned it looked good for a few days, then all the yellow spots appeared again. After trying ZeroRez's pee stay removal, our carpets were great and all the spots were GONE!!! YAY!!! I recently used them as was so excited about their duct cleaning and tile cleaning services. I was great to get carpet, tile and ducts all cleaned in one visit. Customer Service is great & responsive. My service provider was professional and really great at his job! Thank you ZeroRez, I'm your customer for life!!

Mitch was the young man who cleaned our carpets this past Tuesday and he was so thorough! He got out several subborn stains. He was very careful to protect our home from getting scratched with his hoses. He did two big area rugs for us and even carried them out to my sport court to dry in the warm sunshine since I wanted them dried VERY QUICKLY. He was friendly and fun to work with.
