I appreciate knowing what the process will be, what products will be used,and what might be needed. A light is used to highlight areas that require extra attention, so,no surprises. I have had Zerorez do my carpets at !east 3 times before, and probably more and no other company compares with the quantity of the products used,and the attention to detail. Eric was professional, careful, and honest about what was needed to address the areas that would need extra attention.. I very much appreciate that the carpet dries in less time than you might expect. I have recommended Zerorez to my friends, and will continue to do that.

First time I’ve used this company and was he not only precise, he called and asked if an earlier availability was possible. I accepted with open arms and would never forget this experience.
