The shop was able to get my bike on for service on a short notice. Called me to update me on needed repairs (new chain failed free wheel) got the parts in faster then the quoted time.

GREAT SERVICE EVERYTIME, WOULD NOT SHOP ENYWHERE ELSE.

Everyone is friendly and experienced and very helpful.

Prompt/ friendly and knowledgeable!

The technician was efficient and knowledgeable.

I took my bike in for a spring “tuneup”. I never expected to get it back looking like new. VERY pleased with the service.

Went above and beyond getting me setup to take my bike home same day....great bike shop ! I will be returning

Great inventory, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Did my research prior to visiting the store, got just what I wanted at a fair price compared to online shops. Will return for maintenance and any new gear.

I have been in there a few times. It has always been a great experience. I was happy to find out the store in Highland Park is the same business. I have purchased items there before and I go to their neighbor quite often. Duane the Younger One known as the Letter D. Is extremely pleasant and every time he touches my bike I never have a problem going forward. Extremely reasonable and friendly. Hard to find these days. It is truly a gem in Zion and has made experience as neighbor very uplifting.

You know bikes and matching the right bike/service to the person

Friendly, fast service

Good communication, great and friendly service. They fixed my bike in a timely manner.

Helped unload and load my bike in my SUV. Friendly and professional. Answered all my questions.

Fixed my hub and tried the wheel great! One tip: flex seal sells for $15 a roll and has enough patch material to last a lifetime. I tested it on my last tire puncture, works great! You should sell rolls of flex seal as patch material
