Niko was great ... as usual. Fixed my flat in just a few minutes. I had mentioned to him that I used to get to George's Cyclery in Libertyville. I am not exaggerating when I told him in a 12-month span I had 10 flats ... with several of those flats with not even 100 miles on them. So I gave Zion Cyclery a try out of frustration and this was my first flat in 18 months ... and this one was my fault cuz I was lazy and did not have my tires inflated properly. Big fan of Zion Cyclery!

Always super helpful. Never pushy with sales, just answers questions and makes great suggestions. Have gone in multiple times with my mind made up with the wrong info and left with a better fit for my needs just from being asked questions that were genuinely listen to and answered.
