The staff at the shop were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The bike repair service was quick and reasonably priced. The shop even delivered my bike to me for a nominal charge. The mountain bike guide they arranged for us was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, patient, and lots of fun. He gave us great tips on riding and local trails. We had a great time!

We live in Springdale and have entrusted all of our bike care to your staff. Always friendly and repairs are always timely. We just bought a used E-Bike and your staff was very knowledgeable and made certain we knew all about the bike, how to use the battery and informed us of the warranty and the free tune up!

Great service...I just walked in and they were able to take care of a mechanical issue on my bike. Fixed it in no time at all and a very inexpensive. Plus the folks that work there are the best, friendly & knowledgable.
